To carry the burden of others is a curse that can only be broken by setting protective boundaries. 


Setting boundaries allows us to prioritize and protect our well-being and encourages others to take responsibility for their own lives. 


knowing and acknowledging your capacity and capabilities are crucial for setting boundaries.


When you have a clear understanding of what you can handle and what you are capable of, you can effectively establish limits.


By recognizing your capacity, you are aware of your physical, emotional, and mental limits. This self-awareness allows you to assess how much time, energy, and resources you can share so you can prioritize where and how to invest your time and energy.


Moreover, understanding the reasons behind why you might take on the burdens of others can lead to profound healing and insight.


Rooted trauma from your childhood, past relationships, or unhealthy patterns you may have developed could all be contributing factors. Regardless of the source, setting boundaries is essential for guiding yourself with self-love, respect, and acceptance.


I encourage you to protect yourself with boundaries.

I encourage you to make your wellness your first priority.

I encourage you to accept and honor your capacity, honestly.

I encourage you to say NO to what drains you and YES to what fuels you!
