A Romantic Parisian Adventure.

Bonjour! I recently returned from a magical trip to Paris with my fiance and I am still floating on cloud nine. From the charming streets of Montmartre to the iconic Eiffel Tower, every moment was truly unforgettable. And let me tell you, the city of love definitely lived up to its name!

When I planned our trip to Paris, I knew that I wanted to stay in a hotel that offered comfort, convenience, and style. That's why I chose the Citizen M Hotel, which was conveniently located right by the airport and offered king size beds, which is a rare find in Paris.

From the moment I stepped into the Citizen M Hotel, I was blown away by its modern design and stylish decor. The lobby area was spacious and welcoming, with plenty of seating areas where guests could relax, eat and unwind. Did I mention that they had vegan options! Yes, this hotel was super accommodating to our wellness and dietary needs. The staff here were also genuinely happy and very friendly, which made our stay here even more pleasant!

One of the highlights of our trip was our visit to Disneyland Paris. As soon as we stepped through the gates and saw the iconic Sleeping Beauty Castle, we felt like kids again. We rode our favorite rides like Pirates of the Caribbean and Space Mountain and watched the dazzling parades and fireworks shows. It was a truly magical day and we left with huge smiles on our faces.

But the magic didn't stop there. The next day, my fiance and I had a romantic spa day at a nice tranquil Thai spa in downtown Paris. We enjoyed a couples massage followed by a full-body sugar scrub and soaked in a Jacuzzi full of roses. It was so romantic, plus it was the perfect way to relax and wind down, after a long day of walking for hours exploring Paris.

We also experienced the Champagne Seine Cruise tour, that combines the breathtaking views of Paris with the elegance of champagne sipping on a boat ride.

We got to see the iconic landmarks that make Paris famous, the Eiffel Tower and the Notre Dame Cathedral and more all from a unique perspective, providing insight into the city's rich history and architecture!

And of course we made a visit to the Louvre Museum! We spent hours exploring the vast collection of art and artifacts from all over the world. The Egyptian exhibit was one of my favs. The ancient artifacts and sculptures were breathtaking, and it was amazing to see pieces of history that were thousands of years old.

I didn't stand in line to view the Mona Lisa painting because the line was ridiculously too long but overall The Louvre was an beautiful experience, and it was amazing to see so much art and history in one place.

Now let's talk about the food! As a vegan, I was a little nervous about finding good options in Paris, but I was pleasantly surprised. We went on a vegan food tour and tried everything from vegan burgers to curry veggies to jerk plantains. The highlight for me was the vegan croissants from Cloudcakes they were absolutely delicious and I couldn't believe they were vegan!

We also stumbled upon an amazing hookah lounge in the heart of the city that offered nicotine-free hookah! We spent a few hours there, enjoying the music and the chill atmosphere while conversing over tea and hookah. It was definitely a an intimate vibe and experience, I highly recommend checking out La Medina!

Our trip to Paris was truly magical. From the sights to the food to the unforgettable experiences, we will cherish these memories forever. If you're looking for a romantic and memorable trip, Paris is the place to be. Merci Paris, until next time!
